The billionaire Nerio Winch is found drowned. A death that is undoubtedly suspicious, given that he was the founder and principal shareholder of the powerful and sprawling W Group.

Who will inherit this economic empire? Officially, Nerio had no family. But he was hiding a secret: a son, Largo, adopted almost thirty years earlier from a Bosnian orphanage. The only problem is that this young heir has just been thrown into a prison deep in the Amazon. Accused of drug trafficking, he proclaims his innocence.

Nerio is murdered. Largo is imprisoned. Could these two events be part of a single conspiracy aimed at taking control of the Winch empire?

Everything then begins to turn against the heir of Nerio Winch. He gradually discovers that the events might be connected. Largo will stop at nothing to find his son, traveling to the four corners of the world.
