Geordie Johnson was born on February 25th, 1953 in Claresholm, Alberta, Canada.

His career includes roles on television, at the cinema and the theatre. He makes a lot of appearances as a guest star on television before taking the title role in Dracula: The Series. In 1996, he becomes famous in a very famous film by Anthony Minghella, The English patient, where he plays Olivier's role. He appears the same year in the series Composer' s Special Series produced by HBO where he plays the role of Franz Liszt.

In 2001 he joins the cast of the Largo Winch series, where he plays the role of a computer specialist named Georgy Kerensky.
